Real Estate Sales Broker – Dubai

About Us

We are a newly established real estate company in Dubai, focused on delivering professional, transparent, and client-centric services. Our portfolio includes off-plan, secondary market, leasing, and investment opportunities with top developers. We are looking for ambitious and driven brokers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Market and promote properties through company channels (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, social media, etc.).
• Conduct viewings with potential clients and provide professional property consultations.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
• Maintain relationships with developers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

✅ RERA Certified (or willing to obtain within joining period).
✅ Strong communication skills in English; Arabic, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, or Chinese is a plus.
✅ Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai (fresh candidates with strong sales background may also apply).
✅ Proven negotiation and closing skills.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance.
✅ Valid UAE driving license & car preferred.
